Woody the Bernese Mountain Dog This is an ancient breed of dog from Switzerland. They are characteristically good-natured, devoted family dogs. Woody loves his family, breakfast, hanging out and sitting on Sheila's feet. Thunder makes him a little nervous. Here he is waiting at the hospital for Sheila to clean his teeth and trim his nails. Woody passed away at 11 1/2 years of age, which is pretty old for a Bernese Mountain Dog.

Most recently, there is Junior, the son of Hoover and Bimini. Junior was born on June 4, 2004 in Tacoma, the only boy amongst four sisters. He survived this with surprisingly little trauma and came out to Santa Fe at 9 weeks.
